It makes me a-little jittery, but then again I suffer from an anxiety disorder. But, look at it this way, it has caffeine in it 65mg per pill to be exact. So you take 2 pills you`re getting a nice 130 mg of caffeine in you which for some people will make them on edge and jittery, others will make tired and groggy. So I guess the answer to your question is a definite maybe depending on how well your body handles caffeine.
