I joined Herbal Magic three years ago. I lost 34 pounds. Reached my goal early and kept off the weight until Christmas of this year. I put on 10lbs while on holiday over the Christmas break. Up until then I basically ate the same as the program and did cardio. However, the shift in food and the weight gain has did something to my metabolism. I rejoined Herbal Magic but not as successful the second time around. It will be a lot of money down the drain if I don`t see results soon. It could be a lot of factors why my body wants to stay where it is.Though I have medical factors ruled out., I can`t entirely blame the program just yet. I intend to be patient with it for a little while longer. AnnMarie

my friend is taking herbal magic and she is losing weight like crazy by taking their pills and following the diet plan....it seems like a little too much too quickly if you ask me. i was wondering if anyone knew how safe this stuff actually is? any long term side effects? i mean, you lose weight with no exercise....how is that possible!!! it can't be healthy!!! she is already using....and i don't like it.....i mean, the diet is so strict, and i wonder if it is really all that healthy. she says she feels better, has more energy, but she could get that by simple exercise too and eating right...and if you exercise...you wouldn't have to worry about little "cheats".

i used the weight watchers point system i found i very easy to follow i lost up to 4 pounds a week and all together lost 2 stone

They cant fire you because you are overweight. However, they can eforce TONS of "new rules" and cut down on many rules very harshly and fire you for that.
