Aspirin is the best and the least dangerous or most safe. Tylenol is only ok if you don`t take too much for too long. Advil is an anti inflamatory drug plus a pain killer. Taken as directed it does not hurt the liver. Do not take alcohol with Tylenol, Aspirin or Advil.
