My information is the the Bead Diet is just a gimmik. It is a low carb diet with the beads behind your ear. You would be better off to purchase the Dr. Atkins Diet book. You would just pay $15.00 and become an expert. Why not do that or go on Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers.
