hello i went to herbal magic a few months ago, but didnt join up because of the ridiculous costs involved for buying their line of "magic" pills does anyone know if i can find the same types of vitamins/ingrediants at the drug store for a cheaper cost, but with similar benefits as the herbal magic variety? ive been searching on google, but to no avail :( thanks for your advice! ash

my friend is taking herbal magic and she is losing weight like crazy by taking their pills and following the diet plan....it seems like a little too much too quickly if you ask me. i was wondering if anyone knew how safe this stuff actually is? any long term side effects? i mean, you lose weight with no exercise....how is that possible!!! it can't be healthy!!! she is already using....and i don't like it.....i mean, the diet is so strict, and i wonder if it is really all that healthy. she says she feels better, has more energy, but she could get that by simple exercise too and eating right...and if you exercise...you wouldn't have to worry about little "cheats".

Q. Interesting magic medicine? allergy to alcohol.?
35 yrs old male chronic alcoholic who took single peanut size magic/herbal pill from quack one years back to get deaddicted from alcohol came to my clinic with complaint of sever ulcerating painful lesions over skin following ingestion of alcohol (3 episodes till now). this quake has also sold that pill to many other peoples for rs 12000/- per dose. all of them are now experiencing same reaction. i have never heard of such drug. what it could be? can heavy metals in these herbal medicine cause such reaction?

Q. Herbal magic, is it worth spending all that $$$?
i had a consultation today with someone at herbal magic, it seems good and i have never been so motivated to lose weight, but is it really worth it? i haven't joined yet, but left spending $80 on 2 different pills, one that will cost $50 a week the other $30 a month, but on top of that i have the $200 start up fee then there a $780 fee for the year... seems like a lot of money....if i follow the portion contol or canada food guide, and exercise...will that be enough or do i have to spend that kind of money to lose weight? i really want to do this, if anyone has tips or can send me the portion sizes that would be great.... i know its 3 protein,2 starch,3 fruits, 2 fats,4 veg and 1 dairy for herbal magic but what sizes are they? just looking for advice, tips and help before i make my decision to spend that much money thanks guys also what is classed as a starch? dairy, fats, protein and veg are pretty easy but its the starch i have a problem with, i love my starches apparently lol

Sorry but 'herbal magic' is a scam. There are plenty of good, healthy and free diets out there (and free websites and support forums for help and advice). The reality is: There's no 'magic pill' to lose weight, all you'll do is lose weight from your bank account. If you are eating healthier, less often, then you should be saving money, not spending it!

hey guys! so im a 21 yr old female trying to get some information on herbal magic. from what ive read it seems to be a lot of pressure sales, so i want to try and go in being informed. so here's my stats age -21 weight- 210 height-5'8. i seem to carry it all in the middle. heres my first question.. 1. what would be the average start up cost like u walk int the door to join how much should u bring? 2. what kinds meals do u eat? i really enjoy buying those meals from dashing dishes if any one is familiar with that. would those work with there meal plan? 3. i have very speratic work schedule sometimes i start at 10 am sometimes i dont start till 8 pm. so do you have an eating schedule. ie. breakfast 9am, lunch 12pm. kinda thing? 4. when u achieve your goal weight are u expected to keep taking the pills for the rest of your life? 5. how much weight can u expect to lose within the first month(s)? thanks to everyone who takes the time to read and answer this! take care


"Been years since i looked at a bottle..."



As a Herbalist, and friend of someone who has worked at Herbal Magic for over 5 years, I can tell you that it is a total scam. First, from the business side of things - my friend told me their 'training' and conferences were all about getting sales. Employees are under a LOT of pressure to make sales, and receive most of their income through commissions. They are not educated at all about how the product ingredients or any actual evidence of efficiacy, but rather what to say, and how to make the sale. Although the initial intake meeting with an employee (where they ask you all sorts of health questions and such) may 'seem' that they are professional and knowledgeable, they are not qualified to make any health assessment. If you are on any medication, other herbs, or have a health condition, they have no training or knowledge to know if there would be any contraindications with their products. As for the quality of their magic weight loss pills - it's been years since I looked at a bottle , but I remember at the time that there was nothing in there that would help with weight loss, except for at least 1 diuretic, which is NOT the way to go. I also recall the quality of the herbs in those pills were absolute garbage. I recall the program was a few hundred per month, and that you could pay more than that for extra products that they would try to slip in during sign up, much like car salesmen try to sleaze you into extra insurance, undercoating and such after you have made the deal but right before you write them a cheque:/ I'm sorry I'm not answering any of your questions. I just hope you don't waste your money on that scam business. If good, healthy food and exercise are not helping you, then there may be an underlying problem that should be looked at by a health care professional. It's not uncommon for excess cortisol to be an underlying factor for excess weight around the middle, and the inability to lose it.
