What people think of obama? I keep coming back to this question in my head so please give me answer if possible. I am going to a meeting in a few weeks and I need the answer before then.

the corrupt republicans spread these rumors that he is a comunist, socialist, muslim, terrorist... to make people vote against him in favor of them and only themselves (and they are also racist and dont like obama because of that) and the rumors about him being muslim, that shows their racisim angainst muslims by implying that they are all terrorists

Just look at his known history and affiliations and stop using the race card. His political leanings are most apparent in the mentors (William Ayers, Weather Underground terrorist organization founder and Communist) and the friends (Saul Alinsky, the Rules for Radicals author). Also, speaking of racism, look no further than the pastor of his own church, Jeremiah Wright, who preached hatred and racism for years as Obama looked on.

michele obama wrote some very disrespectful things about white people. obama in his books talks about his view of the state of current affiars and white people, and he did not speak well of them.

i cannot stand bush or obama yet everytime i open my mouth to criticize obama people always say "i bet if bush was president you'd like it". i wish people would wake up and realize that there are educated independent people out here in the states that wanted real change, not electing a democrat or republican who continue to destroy our country. so why do people automatically assume this?

Its about what you stand for not WHO you stand for!

it has already now clear; at this 100 day mark, he cares little for america. he has shown his true colours; that being obama is just for obama! why can't obama people admit that; or is it they are still under his "hypnotic spell"? because it is so clear he is ruining america. whether on purpose or because he is just inept; that remains a question. but, why don't they just admit it; we all make mistakes?

the type of people who voted for obama are the same type that believe in: bigfoot.. the loch ness monster.. alligators living in sewers.. 9/11 was an inside job.. oh.. just know that they are not among the best educated people. a survey taken showed the %85 of obama voters had no clue as to what the word ..audacity.. meant. so, i doubt they even read his books (i did)...if you wish to read about a person so in love with himself...then, read it!

despite the obvious risks to myself and my family i decided the second that healthcare bill passed that i had to allow my home to be used as refuge for those who are hiding or fleeing from the death panels. my sister-in-law has already compared me to a modern day oscar schindler or to the people who hid anne frank. but i'm just an everyday american who refuses to turn my back on my moral and patriotic duty. so i am asking you, will you open your home to those labeled "undesirable" and ordered to the death panels by obama?

Hopefully this is a joke, because otherwise this is wrong on so many levels.

i don't get it. if i said, obama looks like he is getting grey hair, they would say something to the effect of, "well bush looked like he had grey hair." i didn't vote for bush, nor did i like him. i don't get this mental deficiency where people can't get beyond bush and focus on what is happening now. can someone please explain it to me? sorry, before you reflect to grammar, please replace and with an. thanks. okay deflecting. they are still doing it! its like they can't stop themselves. what if i said to you, billy caused the car wreck last week. this week jim is driving the car. jim is a better driver, therefore jim will never get in a wreck. thats faulty logic to think that way. jim and billy are two different people. just because one messed up, doesn't necessarily mean the other wont.

You fail to understand that this financial mess and other agenda`s are a continuation of what happened during Bush`s terms in office and now that his term has expired, the new guy is doing things a little bit different. We still haven`t completely cleared our brains of Bush`s way of doing things. We default back to him as a comparison to the current guy. Give us time to change.

Wow, most of these people are lemmings. If Obama has hung out with these people for this long and is still friends or is still a spouse with them, it shows he somewhat believes the way they do. The only reason he's throwing people like Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wrong under the bus is so he can get elected. The general public really scares me to want to elect this crook.

obama really needs this 150m ceremony, if he has enough lights and stars it may take his sheep's' mind off the fact he has to real plans to protect this country or create jobs. this mega wast of money will give them something else to talk about for a while. it has been a tough couple of weeks for obama. people are calling his economic plans stupid and he has taken heat for his cabinet picks.

This is the icing on the cake, he will have successfully out-spent any other President in history on his inauguration. Once the dust has settled the sheep are in for a rude awakening....

most minorities (and women) are used to this and almost expect some form of negative remarks. especially when we climb the corporate (or political ladder). are you people that nieve to think that all these negative remarks about obama are hurting his feelings? in reality, he's probably laughing at most people because they think it bothers him. thoughts?

I think you are right, but not for the reason you think. Minorities are often attacked through stereotypes and categorical judgments. They aren't attacked on substance. Obama is thriving in a system where the mudslingers are so confused they don't know what stereotype fits. Is he a Muslim? Is he a Black Radical? Stereotypes are stupid and that's all that is being thrown at Obama. He can handle that for sure. Like you say he is "used to this and...probably laughing at most people because they think it bothers him."

i am an independent voter. i do not like obama or bush. yet everytime i say something against obama people say "your friend w......." and i am like woah i dont like either one. there are plenty of people like myself who are educated and wanted real change, not letting a republicant or democrap into office. they both destroy america. so why do people assume if you dont like one you automatically like the other?

Most Americans who don't like Obama also didn't like Bush. And don't like McCain. Liberals are not the brightest bulbs in the box. They are like parrots, you can teach them to say certain things if you repeat them enough times. I am one of those Americans who allowed Obama to win by voting Libertarian. I find most Republicans to be liberal weenies. Very closely related to Democrats. America needs a conservative party.
