Q. Does anyone know the herbal magic portions? i used to be on the herbal magic diet. it worked good, but i found that just eating using the food plan was good enough. i didn't need the herbal supplements. i just had a baby and would like to start loosing some weight using the same eating procedures, but i cannot remember all the portions.
this is what i remember:
each day you eat:

fat
free exchance
fruits/vegetables
meats...
but how much of each portion do you eat per day and did i miss any groups?

"Herbal magic" is a scam just like every other weight loss product out there.
The only way it's possible to lose weight is to eat less and move more . Sorry this isn't the 'magic pill' you were looking for but it's the truth. Weight loss is a massive business for scam artists.

Q. Herbal magic, is it worth spending all that $$$? i had a consultation today with someone at herbal magic, it seems good and i have never been so motivated to lose weight, but is it really worth it? i haven't joined yet, but left spending $80 on 2 different pills, one that will cost $50 a week the other $30 a month, but on top of that i have the $200 start up fee then there a $780 fee for the year...
seems like a lot of money....if i follow the portion contol or canada food guide, and exercise...will that be enough or do i have to spend that kind of money to lose weight?
i really want to do this, if anyone has tips or can send me the portion sizes that would be great.... i know its 3 protein,2 starch,3 fruits, 2 fats,4 veg and 1 dairy for herbal magic but what sizes are they?
just looking for advice, tips and help before i make my decision to spend that much money

There are plenty of good, healthy and free diets out there (and free websites and support forums for help and advice).
The reality is: There's no 'magic pill' to lose weight, all you'll do is lose weight from your bank account.
If you are eating healthier, less often, then you should be saving money, not spending it!
