You need to fill up a glass of water, swallow the pills one at a time, and drink enough of the water with the pills so that it goes down easily. It really isn`t as bad as you might think, it feels like nothing at all.

You will become extremely tired and fall asleep. Why would you want to take this many? 4 is a high dose but I don`t think it is a fatal dose. Consider the fact that the package tells you to take two. You are merely doubling the dose. This is not a big issue/deal...

it Says 2 every 6 hours on the box. I find it takes a while to kick in. Maybe gel caps are better. I bought the extra strength, took 2 at 1pm and it just started kicking in now at 3:45 :( Takes way to long. I think the syrup is faster, even thought i was trying to avoid the horrible taste.

it is ok to take the two together, but be aware that it containes a antihistomine that can dry out your urine, so just be sure to drink lots of water and liquids. as told by my pharmasist.

depending on how long ago it expired it will not be as strong of a dose as regular

Don`t mix tylenol with anything else. You will get liver damage if you mix tylenol with aspirin. Just take one or the other and drink a lot of water and fruit juices and take Vitamin C to help the liver detoxify the drugs.
