Tylenol is OK for a 13 year old. just give a lot of water and fruit juice plus Vitamin C. Give a lot of Vitamin C, about 500 mg every 4 hours. You can give aspirin instead of tylenol. Don`t give tylenol any more than you have to because the liver has to detoxify it.

Take him to the hospital immediately and tell them it is an emergency. They can detox the pill to avoid liver damage. Meanwhile give him a lot of orange juice and chewable 500 mg. Vitamin C. This will help detoxify the tylenol on the way to the hospital. Don`t delay.

No, extra strength is much too strong for a 10 year old. If it is not a 12 hour time release, you might cut 1/3 off the pill and give him just 1/3 of the pill.

I am a pharmacy Tech and your best bet is to see a doctor to figure out why they are truly not sleeping. No adult medication is good to give a 9 year old. Acetaminophen is the main ingredient in children`s and adult medication that gives the sleepy feeling but it says on all childrens medication do not give children just for sleeping purposes.

No, you cannot give your 10 year old extra strength tylenol. Just give him children`s tylenol as perscribed on the bottle. Do you have aspirin? Why not give him aspirin?
