Hypyothermea it is really cold in the beigning then in the end you get warm and fall asleep but i don`t know for sure

I would probably say a nuclear blast since your instantly incinerated. Otherwise I would say a shotgun to the head would do ok as well. Potassium Cyanide would work too if you can get it.
