I believe mostly all women go through this phase where we ask ourselves,
"Wouldn`t it be easier to just throw all this up rather than digest it and put on more weight?" It is relatively common for almost any one person to have a distinctive habit or addiction because that is part of who we are only through these faults can we call ourselves individuals.
When these faults become dangerous or unhealthy towards our being or lifestyles,
we have to get help in order to return to the natural flow of things.
This is where you are.
You have developed a habit that has disrupted the daily flow of things and is also harming your body.
Your looks may have already begun to suffer from the strain of regurgitating.
Like any bad habit we need support and strength to overcome them.
We have only so much strength and support in our daily lives and sometimes it does not make any difference what we tell ourselves.
It would help alot if you would find a support group in your area they can help you with many things and also provide an outlet to other experiences that can improve your daily outlook on life.
Always believe in yourself and chose to create beautiful things in your life that you can surround yourself with in times of doubt.
