I have lost 50 pounds since September. It is not easy but it works. It costs money but it works. I think you have to be ready and committed. If you aren`t it wont work. I have tried different things and they did not work and I made excuses simular to the ladies on Marketplace. When I was ready I committed and I am succeeding. I feel that I finally have control of my life and my eating. I have more to go but I see my goal weight as an actuality rather than a dream. I wish you all the best in your journey. But do what is right for you don`t let anyone stop you fromachieving what you want.

To the person who said Herbal Magic is a scam because of the Market Place show you should watch it a bit closer. All the girls they interviewed admitted that they didn`t follow the plan and that they quit early. Also, the reporting on CBC`s Marketplace is the worst! Look closer at their editing tricks, all of the interviews were taken way out of context and what you are left with is a steaming pile of crappy reporting. Oh and I know firsthand that Herbal Magic products work, you will lose weight if you follow the program and take the support from the health coaches.
