very uncommon question i must say. to lose weight you need both diet and exercise so push ups alone will not lose you any weight . you need to try walking/speed walking, running, and eating healthy food. completely cut out soda & junk food / white bread.

i have brought herbalife.. 2x formula 1s, lemon tea and the cellulite tablet and the fullness tablet. does it work? im about 21 stone and so unhappy with my weight. im a single mum but thought id give it ago.. will i loose alot on this?

You may need to be taking the medication with food. A lot of people get a reaction from a medication if they don`t. I would also ask your doc about it, just in case. I think that if it goes away after a while, it is harmless. But you never know until you talk to the doc or the pharmacist.
