    "Fish and the fish skin and fat are good for lowering cholesterol..."



    The foods that lower cholesterol are: oatmeal, huge salads made of dark greens, reds, yellows, vegetables, olive oil, sunflower oil. No mayonnaise or use a fat free mayo. Eat 75% of your diet made of brightly coloured vegetables and fruits. Raw fruits and vegetables are best. Cabbage is excellent. Fish and the fish skin and fat are good for lowering cholesterol. Very lean meats. More important are the foods you don`t eat. They are prepackaged foods, fried foods, pastries etc. Eat instead a large variety fruits. Also, exercise every day. This will lower your cholesterol. I hope this helps.

    You reduce cholesterol by going of all fats and eating just natural foods. Use only olive oil. Eat a lot of greens and fish including the fish skin....no deep fried or batter fish. Eat a lot of fresh fruit including dark red and dark blue fruits, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mango, peaches apricots., pineapple....and get a lot of exercise every day. No mayonnaise. Just olive oil for fats.

    Q. Can u give me a list for non fat food and fruits that help reduce colestrol and tryglceride?


    Oatmeal is the best one I know of. If you don't like it hot, try oatmeal cookies without icing and oat cereals like cheerios, oat bran and any others made from oats.
