I am on week one of Jenny Craig myself, it costs me about $160 a week for all the food, plus about $30 a week for store bought stuff, like milk, fruit and salad in order to add to the Jenny program as free stuff. s plan is good for a single person but when I was living with someone, I found it would be too expensive as he ate different foods so we had to shop too more. I do have to say that this is day 4 of my first week and I have not diliked any food yet. Convenenient and good portion, starting to feel good, not so bloated.......I am glad I decided to join, so easy and stess free and easy to prepare.
