Herbalife will help you lose about 3 pounds a week. You will have to be very strict on the diet to take 3 pounds off every week. Herbalife is a very expensive diet that resorts to masses of pills, replacement meals and one meal at night. One of the prescribed pills has an ingredient called ephedrine which is a dangerous drug. If you want to go on a diet that uses pills, a better one is Herbal Magic. I have a friend who lost a lot with Herbal Magic.

very uncommon question i must say. to lose weight you need both diet and exercise so push ups alone will not lose you any weight. you need to try walking/speed walking, running, and eating healthy food. completely cut out soda & junk food / white bread.

i have brought herbalife.. 2x formula 1s, lemon tea and the cellulite tablet and the fullness tablet. does it work? im about 21 stone and so unhappy with my weight. im a single mum but thought id give it ago.. will i loose alot on this?
