beer is beer , mainly made of water, depends on the stregnth here in britain we have some super stregnth beers at 9% by volume, powerfull stuff, to 5 of them is gunna do you some damage itm will take many many years. its a slow burn but its still suicide. alas for drinking 5 440ml cans per eve, as long as your eating well and a balanced diet you will be fine, also take a big 2 ltr bottle of water to bed with you at night and if you wake thirsty guzzle sum, and the more watere you can drink at night or even during the day this will help flush your body.

For males: yes, but it is highly unlikely unless you have other risk factors like obesity or a viral hepatitis. (Only about a 30% to 50% increased risk over general population, but keep in mind the general population does not get cirrhosis.) For females: slightly higher risk but still unlikely. Only about 15% of alcoholics get cirrhosis and most (but not all) of those are drinking far more than this.
