I discovered my gluten-intoleranse by accident one year ago.
I was depressed and had been that for 5 years.
out of work;
my life was in ruins.
I attended a family dinner 28.
dec 2009 and there were one celiac attending.
My mother had made special bred for him.
Too much to my luck.
After dinner there were a lot of that special bred over.
So the next days I followed up on the celiac diet,
just to eat it up.
On day 5 I almost hit the roof,
it was like a miracle:
like getting a new brain and a new body!!
I am 47 years,
have most certanly had this all my life,
strange things in childhood and the doctors did not find any wrong,
The last year I have struggled a bit with doctors,
Finding what I can eat,
and finding other reactive foods and finding the way back to normal,
a quite hard struggle.
After the first days of heaven,
like a month or two,
I was suffering from some setbacks of having gluten without knowing,
reading a lot about nutrition,
and finding I can not eat some oils.
They make my digestion bad.
Maybe I am more sensitive since I have done gluten and my body weaker,
when I did not know?
My life is quite different from one year ago
Now I can have some hope of the future :)
