To recover from statins, drink a lot of orange juice and take a lot of Vitamin C with it. Eat strawberries, raspberries, mangos and peaches, blueberries ets all day. Get a Vitamin pill with very high B vitamins. Eat dark green vegetables, lots of salads. Also bright orange vegetables. Also dring a lot of fruit juice. You will speed up recovery this way.

it takes 1-3 hrs. to throw up if thats what you mean. I had stomach flu, and i only threw up once. I went to sleep before that though soooo you know. but ya 1-3 i hope that helps

As a Medical Assistant I know that sometimes they do hurt. It all depends on what medicine or anti-viral was injected on how long it will hurt. If it was a common flu shot it may last 1-2 days. The thicker the medicine the longer it takes for you muscle to absorb it.
