You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. (that is you shall not take God`s name and turn it into a cuss word to display disgust). God will not hold him guiltless who does this. 4. Remember the sabbath (seventh) day, to keep it holy. You are not work on this day, not your children, not your servants not your guests staying in your house. It is holy unto the Lord. God rested on the Seventh Day and sanctified it. So must you. 5. Honour your father and your mother. 6. You shall not murder. 7. You shall not commit adultery. 8. You shall not steal. 9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour. 10. You shall not covet your neighbours house, wife, servant, ox etc...or anything that belongs to your neighbour. God is a holy God who will call every man to judgment where every secret sin he has ever committed will be revealed. God has a mighty wrath built up upon sinners. Father in word association means `love, affection, kindness` so often if someone with a dementia is asking for their father or a father-like figure it may not be literal but may mean they are feeling insecure or in need of protection from something.
