So i have the LG EnV touch, and i know this is a very bad phone and breaks alot. i occasionally drop it here and there, but there is no water damage or no physical damage to it. so i was texting and i put my phone on my bed and walk away, 5 minutes later i come back to my phone and the front screen and the inside screen is all black. but i know the phone is on because the key lights are on and i feel the vibration when i touch the screen. i can not take it to verizon and i didn`t do anything bad to make this happen. what can i do to fix it?

I don`t think it can be fixed. All I know is that you can possibly buy another one and take the memory out of the broken phone and into the new one . Just happened to me and I`m so pissed >:(

If it`s totally off, then it`s not emitting radiation. If the phone is on it`s emitting radiation, even if it`s in airplane mode. This is true of everything that has a battery or plugs in. Hold the power button of your phone if can`t , request a shop to help you repair you phone , and tell them what happened to your phone . Or , if you have a friend who knows about this matter , you can ask him whether if his parents or him knows how to fix . There should be a way since you did not drop it nor water damage it . It`ll be best that if you can get somebody who specialises in repairs of handphone to help with . I`m sure that your phone is perfectly fine , no virus atttacking it .
