Hi can you help i am a mother with two children. i booked a surprise holiday to usa disneyland for my kids. However i had not applied for my holiday visa. It was declined as i have a caution to my name with the police for a very silly incident. Police have said they will write a letter on my behalf to help my chance for interview to pleed my case for a visa. my question is what are my odds of really getting the visa? is it a hopeless endeavour? holiday is paid for. I have paid 140 us dollars to try to get an interview with the embassey.

My husband and I only made around 8,000 work pay then he got about 11,250 in unemployment and we have 3 kids and 9,000 of home interest as well. What would we get back as a tax refund?

well you can just reapply, you can not appeal unfortunately...but make a fresh application but you have to pay again, thats the only pain....but what where the reasons for the refusal of your visa app?
