Herbal Life is an MLM (multi level marketing) scam whereby you pay a lump sum and then are told to go sell it to your friends and you get yours free. So, here you go, convincing your friends to buy your diet. There are a lot of complaints about this company and diet. The weight loss is marginally acknowledged, but people don`t like having to buy the pills. There is also concern about one of the contents of the pills. Hope this helps.

Herbalife is a good quality brand that mixes very well proven ingredients for various ailments. However, since they are an MLM company, there are some distributors that will make bigger claims about some products than they should (like skin health products curing acne or other health problems, for example). If you are looking at buying their product, I would look at the facts behind the claims and also shop around with other good quality companies to compare prices (since MLM companies tend to bring their prices higher to pay for their advertising). I was really curious about this because I had heard the name and wanted to know more,most of the links that I found were positive in their nature,one of the negatives that came up was only over price from a man and wife that both used the product. its a waste of money, you can find vitamins and other supplements a lot cheaper in pharmacies and vitamin stores. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight. eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. 5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. 8 glasses of water a day. 4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training. no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

herbal life is kinda of an mlm company, you can't find their products in any stores, u have to buy them throw a representative... and he'll usually try to get you into their business of adding more people to their list, their marketing plan is too persuasive, cause the person that sells to you is usually a friend who just got caught up in it! a close friend of mine just starting working with them and using the products... he is too persuasive and wants me to try the shake to loose some weight!.. their representatives keep saying that the shake doesn't have any side effects, and doesn't effect any allergies... and so many other things... that made me a suspicious i never heard something positive from anyone who is not doing the business (trying to sell to me).. most of the people who use it are the same people who are trying to sell it my question is have u ever tried it or know someone who tried it and worked for them? is it healthier to do it their way or the old fashioned way? i guess after they've spoiled their market in the west... they are selling it over here.. southeast asia.. am in malaysia.. and a lot of people are buying in to it!.. i have my doubt about the business? my question is, does the product actually work as they say it does?!

they never worked for me and I found out why they are nothing but hyped up vitamins . that is all they are . you are better off walking and drinking water and eating right lots of veggies cut out bread and lower your carbs . simple and just get plenty of rest . good luck .I have lost 30 lbs already in 2 mos just doing this and am going for another 20 . I mean what is 20 when you have already lost 30 .

From my own experience, it worked for a while, but eventually your body gets used to it and makes an adjustment. So unless you want to be on it for the rest of your life, it makes more sense to get on a good sensible eating plan for life and plenty of exercise. Usually that is not what most folks want to hear.
