i think the acid in lemon juice turns alkaline when mixed with eno salt, as eno salt is a known antacid.

You may need to be taking the medication with food. A lot of people get a reaction from a medication if they don`t. I would also ask your doc about it, just in case. I think that if it goes away after a while, it is harmless. But you never know until you talk to the doc or the pharmacist.
